When will we get the claims back?

The claims can only be submitted after the completion of the project. After submission of claims request, the ESG officer attached will check for fulfilment based on the Letter of Offer, and an external auditor (separate payment but claimable) will verify all transactions made.
This whole process will take between 4 weeks – 8 weeks.
